REGISTRATION

The registration fee is 150 euros for non-FENS members. FENS members would benefit from a 15% discount, thus getting a registration fee of 120 euros. Students attending the 2024 FENS Forum in Vienna, will benefit from a 50% discount, upon presentation of the certificate of registration.

In line with our commitment to fostering a diverse and dynamic community, we are dedicated to make our conference accessible to individuals from all backgrounds. Depending on the availability of funds, we are actively exploring opportunities to offer benefits such as registration fee waivers and travel grants to participants facing financial challenges and from developing countries. 

Each participant is expected to give a talk or present a poster. To apply to present your work, please provide an abstract that is no longer than 250 words.

Early bird registration deadline: extended to 29 Feb. 2024

Participants registered during the early bird registration period would benefit from a reduced fee of 130 euros for non-FENS members and 100 euros for FENS members.

Regular registration deadline: extended to 15 May 2024

After pressing Submit, you will be unable to further modify your application. Upon successful registration, you will be notified via email within 24 hours. After receiving your notification, the registration fee must be paid within three weeks. After successful payment of the registration fee you will receive a confirmation email within two weeks after the payment.

We also recommend that you book your accommodation in Vienna as soon as possible.

The ENCODS 2024 organisation committee is at your disposal and can be contacted at 2024@encods.eu. If a confirmation email has not been sent within 24 hours after application submission or a payment confirmation email has not been sent within two weeks after the payment, please get in contact with the committee.

Lastly, in the exceptional case that a further modification to your application is necessary, please email the organisation team prior to the application deadline.
