Accommodation
Please note that the accommodation is not included in the conference registration fee.
A limited number of single and shared rooms have been preliminary booked by the organisers at Rungstedgaard (the venue where the Brain Conference takes place). Participants will be provided with a link where they can proceed with the booking and payment of accommodation at Rungstedgaard if they so choose. Participants who wish to share a room can indicate a roommate in the booking form, or if travelling alone they will be randomly paired with a roommate of the same gender.
We recommend booking your accommodation well in advance, as there are limited rooms available and June is a busy season.
For alternative accommodation options to Rungstedgaard, you can try Kokkedal Slot, Hotel Marina, Airbnb, or there are many accommodation options in Copenhagen, which is reachable in 50 minutes (20 minutes walk + 30 minutes train).
For enquiries please contact the Brain Conference coordinator: brain@fens.org
