Synapsium
Nijmegen, NL
Attendance type(s): In Person
Event Dates: 25 May 2019
The Synapsium is an annual symposium organised by students of the Cognitive Neuroscience Research Master at the Donders Institute, of the Radboud University, in Nijmegen. It’s not just a symposium organised by students, but also for students.
If you’re a Master’s student or a first-year PhD, apply to share your research and ideas as a student speaker or in poster format.
If you are interested in cognitive neuroscience, no matter your background or your level of studies, come join us in a series of inspiring sessions!
The senior keynote speaker this year will be Kartik Sreenivasan (NYU Abu Dhabi), who investigates the neuronal mechanisms and networks of working memory/short term memory representations. The student keynote talk on the role of predictions in visual search will be given by Floortje Bouwkamp (Predictive Brain Lab, Donders Centre for Cognitive Neuroimaging).
We are currently very busy planning everything for Synapsium 2019, with some great new talks and workshops! The Synapsium will take on the 25th of May at the the Radboud University.
