PENS, the Programme of European Neuroscience Schools, has been founded in 2004 as a collaboration between FENS and IBRO. Though FENS and IBRO are prepared to carry the principal responsibility for the programme, organizations and corporations are explicitly invited to support our efforts to set up powerful Schools and Training Programmes in the Neurosciences in Europe.
